It changes from time to time. But since I’ve been into Thai pop culture lately, there’s actually one Thai person that leaves quite an impression on me to the point that it makes me go, “Wow, this type of man really exists, huh?”
His name is Tawan Vihokratana. People call him Tay. He’s an actor, host, and model from Bangkok. Sometimes he does a little bit of singing too.
Tay is a very decent man. Everyone knows he came from a wealthy family, but he’s very humble and grounded. He treats other people with respect, decency, and kindness. He's a family man. He has good photography skills. He’s also not afraid to use his platform to spread awareness and speak about important issues. But he’s very clumsy, which is actually relatable because I am too.
On top of that, Tay is also a reader. He once became a guest in a local program to talk about his favorite books. On another occasion, he also joined an online book club with a few fans through a video call. You know I've always had a soft spot for people who like reading, so yeah.
Seeing Tay do all these nice things just makes me want to do the same too—in my own way, of course.
